侧面观：

1．股四头肌肌腱(quadriceps femoris tendon)。

2．腓肠肌外侧头(lateral bead of gastrocnemius muscle)。

3．腘肌腱(tendon of popliteus)。

4．髌上囊(suprapatellar bursa)。

5．髌骨(patella)。

6．髌韧带（patellar ligament）。

7．外侧半月板(lateral meniscus)。

注：①腓肠肌内侧头(medial head of gastrocnemius muscle);②内侧腓肠肌滑囊(medial gastrocnemius bursa);③内侧半月板(medial meniscus);④后交叉韧带(posterior cruciate ligament);⑤腓肠肌外侧头(lateral head of gastrocnemius muscle)；⑥外侧腓肠肌滑囊(laterior gastrocnemius bursa);⑦外侧半月板(lateral meniscus)；⑧腘肌滑囊(popliteus bursa);⑨腘斜韧带(oblique popliteal ligament)；⑩内侧半月板(medial meniscus)
8．腓侧副韧带(fibular collateral ligament)。

后面观：

1．腓肠肌内侧头(medial head of gastrocnemius muscle)。

2．腓肠肌外侧头(lateral head of gastrocnemius muscle)。

3．半月板股骨后韧带(posterior meniscofemoral ligament)。

4．内、外侧腓肠肌滑囊(medial, lateral gastrocnemius bursa)。

5．内、外侧半月板(medial, lateral meniscus)。

6．腘肌滑囊(popliteus bursa)~

7．腘肌腱(tendon of popliteus)。

8．半膜肌腱(semimembranosus tendon)。

9．后交叉韧带(posterior cruciate ligament)。

矢状面观：

1．髌上囊(suprapatellar bursa)。

2．髌前囊(prepatellar bursa)。

3．髌骨下脂肪垫(infrapatellar fat pad)。

4．髌深、浅囊(deep and superficial patellar bursae)。

5．腘斜韧带(oblique popliteal ligament)。
